Best Buddies

We are very proud host-site coordinators with the Best Buddy program!

This is a program involving university students who are looking to create a friendship with a person who has an intellectual disability. Some of these friendships can last a lifetime.

To date, HACL has matched over 30 buddies with students at St. Mary’s University and Kings College. It is our sincere hope that this program will continue to grow.
